Me: (45 minutes later) I got it! Scotland is known for their scotch. When the scotch is aged properly it is smooth and absolutely delicious. Tommy is like scotch. He started out a gorgeous, great actor and has become a sexy, phenomenal actor.

Tommy Flanagan on SVU is awesome
I love it. His accent is a bit different because he is playing an Irish bookie, so he has to tweak his a bit so he sounds Irish and not Scottish.
