the guy is actor leo fitzpatrick, he is amazing and according to his imdb page, he was only in 2 episodes of the 3th season.

A scene that made you sad/cry
The episode he gets blown up in. I thought he was a goner and I got sooooo mad/sad that they killed him off. Even though we find out they didn’t. :p
Still makes me tear up, although this scene also had me pissed because Jax was shaking him and I was like “You don’t shake people who are bleeding from the fucking head! Stop that and call 911 you douchebag!”
I feel like Opie should be doing an awkward hand animal in the background with the look on Chibs’ face.
